Typically PCS bills by an hourly rate for the services provided, however, some clients have preferred to negotiate a lump sum or not-to-exceed amount. Regardless of the method we are open to negotiating terms that fit your project needs.

Conceptual Estimating is one of PreCon's specialties, we have developed alliances with major subcontractors and material vendors not only to validate and check cost but to review assumptions made regarding major building systems such as Structural Framing, Exterior Skin, Mechanical, Electrical etc.

In addition to providing initial Conceptual Estimates PreCon can follow your project thru the entire Design Development Process, Up dating the budget as the Drawings and Scope become more defined. PCS will work with your Contractor and A/E Firms as a TEAM MEMBER, in order to help insure that your Project Goals are met. PCS's Goal is to Aid the Project Team in making Smart Decisions early in order to keep from Compromising Quality later.

Subcontractor - Estimating Services.
PreCon is now Offering Detailed Quantity Take Off's for Various Subcontractor Trades ,Including Items contained in Division 3, 4, 6,7 8,9,10. Comming Soon we will be Offering Services for Several Division 02 Site Civil Work.
We understand Estimating for Subcontractors requires a much more detailed breakdown of Labor, Materials and Equiptment and that each sub has his/her own way of Pricing. Therefore please contact us first to discuss how and what you would require quantified.
We can also offer our own pricing for check pricing only.
Program Managment
Let us Help by putting the Right Team in Place for the Right Project. Not only will we advise and be part of the selection process for your A/E Team we will also work with you in which is the best way to bring on board your C.M at Risk or General Contractor.We will schedule both Pre Construction and Construction Milstones while Continualy keeping you apprised of such Major Items as Current Projected Budget Cost, Status of A/E Deliverables as well as daily monitoring of construction activities to insure your project stays on time.Our Goal is to insure your project is completed ahead of time and below budget as well as meets all quality standards set forth in the approved Construction Documents.
In addition we once a site is selected we verify with both Local and Federal Agencies as well as privite companys to insure your project location does not conflict with such items as right of way bourdries, flood plane issues, Local Ordances regarding sound, traffic during construction. These may seem small however if overlooked can cause severe budget problems down the road.
