Typically PCS bills by an hourly rate for the services provided, however, some clients have preferred to negotiate a lump sum or not-to-exceed amount.  Regardless of the method we are open to negotiating terms that fit your project needs.

Conceptual Estimating is  one of PreCon's specialties, we have developed alliances with major subcontractors and material vendors not only to validate and check cost but to review assumptions made regarding major building systems such as Structural Framing, Exterior Skin, Mechanical, Electrical etc.

  PCS can provide estimate backups for revisions, tracking changes and thier impact on both costs and schedule.  PCS can also provide value engineering suggestions while attempting to minimize the overall impact to the intendended design and overall scope of the project
